剧情：
正值的捕快本藏对上级的阿谀装腔作势深有看法。从一个惯偷的口中得知，本应在多年前就被关押在监狱的罪犯还逍遥在外。经查，他有一个情妇，同时也是本藏上级的情妇，而且这一切竟跟幕府有关……。
